Refund & Exchange Policy
Please read this before you order or request a custom print. By ordering or paying an accepted quote, you agree to these terms.
All sales are final
Every print is made to order, in the colour and material you choose — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Once printing starts, the sale is final: payments are non-refundable and there are no exchanges. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what we agreed, write to me and I’ll make it right.
Custom print requests
Sending a print request is free and charges nothing. I only charge after I send you a quote and you choose to accept and pay it. That payment starts production and is non-refundable, because the piece is printed specifically for you. If I quote but you never pay, nothing happens and nothing is owed.
Honest about prints
These are 3D prints, not injection-moulded parts: fine layer lines and small variations between copies are normal and part of how they’re made. The photos show real prints, and I list the material, finish and dimensions for each one. Ask me anything before you order — I’m happy to send more photos or details.
